Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Coat the salmon fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon pepper.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, skin side down if your salmon has skin.
- Cook the salmon at 390 °F for 7-8 minutes.
- Check the salmon’s doneness with a fork. If needed, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes based on the thickness of the fillets.
Notes:
- If you’re following the week 1 meal plan, be sure to store leftover salmon in the refrigerator, as you’ll be using it to make salmon cakes tomorrow.
- In this recipe, I completely omit salt during the cooking process and only add it afterward to taste.
