Ingredients:
- 2 cod filets
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbs unsalted butter
- 1 tsp of your favorite seasoning
Instructions:
- Season the cod filets with your favorite seasoning.
- Brush the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned cod filets in the basket.
- Top each cod filet with a tablespoon of unsalted butter and slices of lemon.
- Cook the cod in the air fryer at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, depending on the size of the fillets. The internal temperature of the cod should reach 145°F for proper doneness.
Notes:
- Cod is best enjoyed on the same day it is prepared.
