B. Four rounds for time:
12 DB Bulgarian split squat (6/leg)
15 barbell bent over row
200M run
Sick as hell this morning but committed to 2 workouts per day as part of the 75HARD challenge so didn’t give myself the excuse not to. Slow and controlled throughout.
