Two set of:
100 meter run
12 alternating cossack squats
12 split squat, 6/leg
30 second high side plank/side

A. Every 2:30, for 20 minutes (8 sets):
Back squat
Set 1: 5 reps @ 70%
Set 2: 3 reps @ 75%
Set 3: 2 reps @ 85%
Sets 4-6: 2 reps @ 90%
Sets 7-8: 10 reps @ 70%

Complete 20 mountain climbers & 20 calf raises after each set

B. Every 90-second for a total of five sets:
8 burpee box jump-over
Max reps of DB front squats
