Ingredients:
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup milk (or beef broth or water)
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup ketchup
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and set out a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, soak breadcrumbs with milk for a few minutes.
- Add the ground beef with the onion soup mix packet, eggs, and ketchup. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture into your loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160°F.
- Remove from the oven when done and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with potatoes and cooked veggies!
