- 1 (16-ounce) container cottage cheese

Instructions:

- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, and salt until well combined.

- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 50 minutes, or until the eggs are completely set. You can start checking around 45 minutes, looking for a firm, golden top.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting into squares.
