Ingredients:
- 9-12 precooked meatballs
- 1 cup marinara sauce, plus extra as needed
- 2-4 sub rolls
- 2 tbs softened butter
- ½ tsp garlic
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425 °F.
- In a small pan over medium heat, combine the meatballs and marinara sauce, stirring until heated through.
- Split the sub rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet, with the cut-side facing up. Lightly spread each half with the softened butter and sprinkle garlic on top.
- Bake the sub rolls for approximately 3 minutes, or until they are lightly toasted.
- On the bottom half of each sub roll, place 4 meatballs and sprinkle them with mozzarella cheese.
- Place the top half of the sub rolls on each sandwich and bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is perfectly melted.
