10 PVC passthrough
Two sets of (using 35lb barbell):
10 overhead press
10 overhead squats
A. Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes (6 sets):
Barbell push press
Set 1 – 8 reps @ 65% of 1RM push press
Set 2 – 6 reps @ 70%
Set 3 – 4 reps @ 75%
Set 4 – 4 reps @ 80%
Set 5 – 2 reps @ 85%
Set 6 – 2 reps @ 90%
B. Every 30 seconds (4 rounds):
8 kettlebell swing (35.2lb)
8 single arm kettlebell row, right (35.2lb)
8 single arm kettlebell row, left (35.2lb)
8 box jump
30 seconds overhead dumbbell walk
Today’s workout was inspired by the workout I did on November 11 (https://mamasbitsandbites.com/november-11-2023/). I was too tired to come up with something completely new today. Results below.
Barbell push press
Set 1 – 8 reps @ 65lb
Set 2 – 6 reps @ 70lb
Set 3 – 4 reps @ 75lb
