1 minute plank
A. Deadlift
Set 1 – 8 reps @ 50%
Set 2 – 6 reps @ 60%
Set 3 – 4 reps @ 70%
Set 4 – 2 reps @ 80%
Set 5 – 2 reps @ 90%
When resting, complete:
10 band pull apart
1 minut plank
B. Four rounds for time:
12 deadlift
9 hang clean
6 overhead press
Today was tough! I’m nowhere close to my 1RM for deadlift (230lb) and today just felt heavy as hell. Maybe it’s this lingering cold I’ve been dealing with for weeks now. I can surely do better than this.
A. Deadlift
Set 1 – 8 reps @ 95lb
Set 2 – 6 reps @ 115lb
Set 3 – 4 reps @ 135lb
Set 4 – 2 reps @ 155lb
Set 5 – 2 reps @ 175lb
C. Total time: 10:02 with 65lb all the way through.
